Students in all grades are beginning their research on their different countries to prepare for the Model UN at Region 7 in January!

On Thursday last week, students got to have a Zoom meeting with Ali Fritsche-Hinckley about all the benefits of this project and how much she enjoyed it when she participated. Ali is an attorney in Dallas and through Model UN found her passion and career. She participated from 6th-12th grade and even in college at Austin College. She currently helps mentor and coach the teams at SMU Law school where she attended.

We want students to understand the importance of this event and hopefully enjoy it! It is a lot of work but there are so many benefits to it. Hopefully they gained some new perspective through the meeting.
